Freelance Focus: Upskilling for a Better Future
BACCO, with support from the ICT Division, is launching a special 10-day training program titled “Freelance Focus: Upskilling for a Better Future” to strengthen Bangladesh’s BPO and outsourcing industry and enhance the skills of freelancers.
A total of 60 freelancers will be trained across three batches at BACCO’s training lab, guided by experienced trainers and prominent mentors from the freelancing community.
The program will cover marketplace profile optimization (Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn), advanced proposal writing, effective client communication, hands-on portfolio-building projects, and practical guidance on pricing, payments, and financial planning. Participants will also receive support in developing a long-term career roadmap, along with certificates and transportation allowances upon completion.
