BPO Summit

The largest congregation of BPO stakeholders “BPO Summit Bangladesh” has played a vital role for which the development of this emerging BPO industry has been accelerated. The summit was attended by renowned local and international speakers to share their learning and experience of BPO industry. Besides youth based seminars and events are arranged to ensure growth and development of country’s youth segment to strengthen the vision of Digital Bangladesh. It is seen that, industry revenue amounted 300 USD in 2018 from 160 USD as a positive outcome of the summits as it gained full exposure of the international stakeholders (Source: BACCO Survey 2020). The human resource has also numbered high from 2018 to till date and the summits have played significant role in this matter by revealing the prospects and creating possibilities for their empowerment. Within 10 years, we have now come to this place where we have over 60,000 employees in the BPO sector earning 600 million dollars a year.

BACCO has been successful in organizing ‘BPO Summit Bangladesh’ in association with ICT Division in the year 2015, 2016, 2018 and 2019 with a promise to make mark on the entire BPO industry, attracting business owners and enlightening the young mind. These four summits have successfully gained the concentration of world BPO employers towards Bangladesh as a destination for BPO and BACCO is hopeful to make the upcoming summits even more successful.
